Alloy infinite chinlled cast iron roll series

There exists tiny intergranular graphite in the work layer of alloy infinite chinlled cast iron roll.The size,shape and distribution of raphite and carbide can be controlled by quench action and alloy content.For the elements of manganese,chrome,nickel and molybdenum are added in,the pearlite and bainite base can be changed into martensite.Besides,there exists tiny graphite content in it,not only the performances of rolls have been heightened,like anti-breaking-off,heat crack-resistance and wear-resistance,but the drop height of hardness of roll’s work layer is decreased.So that’s why the roll is appropriate to be used for bar,wire rod,intermediate rolling of shape steel rolling machine and refined rolling machinestand.
