Bainite ductile cast iron roll is added inalloy elements of nickel,manganese,chrome and molybdenum etc.So it has needle shape structural(bainite+a bit amount of martenstie)base,that possesses higher intensity,better tenacity and wear-resistance than that of pearlite ductile cast iron roll,and such kind of roll can be manufactured with electrostatic casting or centrifugal casting mentbod.
