The outer layer of this kind of rolll has very high metallurgical performance,and its graphite amount in the depth of work layer has almost no change,for the drop height of hardness in work layer is very small.The hardness of roll is mainly formed by its basic structural type,that is sorbite,bainite or martensite,that is appropriate to be used for refined rolling machine stand of continuous strip stell rolling machine,pre-refined rolling of high-speed wire rod,continuous bar rolling machine stand,small-sized intermediate rolling and front refined rolling stand;it also can be used for sheet material and leveling roll.
